About Us

Abdel Elsayed is the owner and founder of Elsayed Construction. Originally from Cairo, Egypt, Abdel moved to the United States in 2015 with the goal of having his own company and achieving the American Dream. While his heart will always remain in Egypt, no other place can offer the opportunity, fairness and stability than the United States and he is proud to have become an American citizen in January 2020.

Building and construction has always been in his background (he is Egyptian after all!) He grew up watching his father build high rise apartment buildings in Cairo, villas in the suburbs, and work in the marble and granite industry to manufacture and supply natural stone products to various projects. After high school, Abdel studied Architectural Engineering from Modern College and graduated in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree.  Upon his graduation, he took over the family business and operated Modern Company for Construction which continued to build residential homes, various factories and perform custom finishing’s for apartments and villas.

Life has a way of surprising us and taking us on paths we never had thought of before. In 2010 Abdel met his wife, an American teacher living in his neighborhood, and in 2015 they married and  moved to the United States. During his first year in Florida, Abdel worked at Disney until he found a job with a national home builder and he quickly succeeded in proving his professionalism and dedication in the field.

Back in the construction arena, Abdel was able to pursue his dream of owning his own business. He studied and passed the Florida State License for General Contractor: Residential and Commercial. His license number is CBC1264788. He is experienced with all steps of the construction process from planing, estimating and budgeting, to executing.

Abdel is no stranger to adversity and wishes to help others on their career paths. Bringing the ancient Egyptian skills of building, Abdel knows that construction is in his blood and can’t wait to make a positive mark in the Florida field. We never know where life will take us, but wherever you go, make it a better place than when you came.
